The conference, organized by DCAF, FIRST, and the National Cyber Security Authority (AKSK), in cooperation with the Municipality of Shkodër and the Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre (WB3C), brought together experts, institutional representatives, and private sector stakeholders to discuss topics such as incident management, threat information sharing, protection of critical infrastructure, and the latest developments in cybersecurity policies and technologies.
